Jake is demonstrating another shoulder stretch you can add to your routine to keep your shoulders flexible and pain free! Move your joints through their full range of motion every day. Daily activities, such as housework, climbing stairs, dressing, bathing, cooking, lifting, or bending do NOT move your joints through their full range of motion. They should NOT replace these stretches and a good exercise routine. Enjoy!
